Echills Wood Railway

The Echills Wood Miniature Railway run a 2km stretch of 7 1/4 inch gauge train line through the park.  Phase 2 of their construction works has seen the construction of a tunnel and extension of track up to Far Leys.  Work continues on a station building at Far Leys but passengers can still enjoy a ride through the park courtesy of the steam, deisel or electric locomotives.

Normally, the railway is open every Sunday, all weekend when it is a Bank Holiday weekend, and during Warwickshire school holidays they will endeavour to run on Wednesdays and Fridays, subject to sufficient staff.
