Geocaching is an outdoor sporting activity in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called “geocaches” or “caches”.
We have Geocaches at most of our parks, therefore anyone placing new Geocaches must seek permission first from Country Parks.
Geochaches can be found in or around Warwickshire Country Parks, for example:
- Burton Dassett
- Hartshill Hayes
- Kingsbury Water Park
- Ryton Pools
- Kenilworth Greenway
- Offchurch Greenway
- Stratford Greenway
You can find more geocaches on the Geocaching.com website
Visit the The Geocaching Association of Great Britain (GAGB) website for more information.
